Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the state and development of the housing fund of the Kolyushenko plant during the first five-year plan. The scope of housing construction, characteristics of operated buildings, standards of security and institutional approaches to housing provision are considered. The study allows us to assess how industrialization has affected the formation of the social infrastructure of the enterprise.
