Abstract

The article examines the speech portrait of Anna Vilenskaya, a Russian musicologist, lecturer and composer. Based on Y. N. Karaulov's three-level model (lexicon, thesaurus, pragmatikon), the stylistic, morphological, and syntactic features of the researcher's speech are analyzed.  The material of the analysis was the lecture "Pop music of the noughties in Russia". The study of the speech portrait revealed the key features of the speaker's communicative style, which combines the professionalism of a musicologist, pedagogical skills and the ability to effectively popularize complex musical concepts.
