Abstract
The article is devoted to a description of the project developed at the Department of Russian Language and Literature of South Ural State University. The multimedia guide “City Walks” represents an effective mechanism for popularizing the art of Chelyabinsk and representing the city narrative, in the creation of which representatives of regional art participate. The article reveals the concept of the project, demonstrates the results of its implementation, and reveals the potential of modern multimedia formats in improving the tools for forming the cultural image of the city.
