Abstract
The article discusses the book of Zakhar Prilepin «Unlike poets» with the aim of determining its genre identity. To do this, a non-fiction genre study was conducted: the history of occurrence, features, vivid representatives. A review of the work of Zakhar Prilepin and his biography. The poetics of the book, its compositional and stylistic features are also analyzed.
